GLOBAL ENERGY TRADING & TRANSACTION FACILITATION
AENOS CONSULTING facilitates direct commercial transactions between verified sellers and qualified buyers of EN590 Diesel, Jet A1 Aviation Fuel, D6 Fuel Oil, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), and Crude Oil. We connect suppliers with refineries, distributors, industrial consumers, and end buyers, supporting the establishment of clear commercial terms and a structured process for the successful completion of each transaction.
Our role extends beyond the initial introduction of the parties. We assist in coordinating product requirements, quantities, specifications, delivery locations, contractual procedures, and the necessary documentation. Whether the requirement involves a single shipment or a long-term supply agreement, our approach is tailored to the product, the market, and the agreed responsibilities of each party.

A STRUCTURED AND TRANSPARENT PROCESS
We support a documented process that begins with identifying the buyer’s requirements and reviewing the proposed seller’s offer. The identities of the parties, their authority to act on behalf of their companies, and the relevant commercial documentation are reviewed as appropriate to the transaction, with additional checks coordinated where required.
Before proceeding, particular attention is given to product specifications, evidence supporting the proposed supply, inspection arrangements, payment conditions, and the sequence of contractual obligations. Agreements may provide for delivery under FOB or CIF terms, where applicable and agreed by the parties.
Our objective is to help counterparties understand their commitments, reduce avoidable misunderstandings, and maintain clear communication throughout negotiation and execution.
CONFIDENTIALITY & PROTECTION OF COMMERCIAL INTERESTS
Confidentiality and the protection of commercial introductions are central to our approach. We support the use of appropriately drafted Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NCNDAs) and, where required, separate commission and fee-protection agreements to define the rights and obligations of the participating parties.
Transactions are structured with reference to applicable International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules and internationally recognised trade practices, where expressly incorporated into the relevant contracts. The applicable legal framework, contractual protections, and compliance requirements are addressed according to the jurisdictions and circumstances of each transaction.
BUILDING LONG-TERM ENERGY PARTNERSHIPS
At AENOS CONSULTING, we focus on developing credible commercial relationships that can support repeat business and dependable supply arrangements. By combining international connections, careful coordination, and clearly documented procedures, we help sellers and buyers move from an initial opportunity toward a mutually agreed energy transaction.
